TERMS & CONDITIONS

+ What I can draw: humanoid, OCs, ikemen, couple
+ What I can't draw: heavy mecha, NSFW, furry ( I will reject the order if I find something i cannot draw )

PROCESS

First to come is the first to be served
Commissions usually take 1 to 3 months, depending on my queue, my health, real-life work, family, the complexity of your request,...). I will inform you if the commission artwork takes longer than we discussed
I will charge a rush fee if you want a deadline below 1 month (up to +100% total), but note that I may still reject the order if I feel that I cannot make it in time+ I need to be provided a detailed brief which included:
• Character’s design
• Color
• Context
• Poses
• Character’s expressions
…
( I can help you on implementing your ideas )+ Process: sketch -> color sketch -> 2-3 updated WIPs -> final
• The sketch will be finished within 3 days after the ideas get approved
• After we finish discussing about the commission’s ideas and fees, you shall pay at least 50% of the commission’s fee for deposit. If in the next 3-5 days that I haven't received the money, your commission slot will be canceled and be removed from the queue
• Once the rough sketch is approved, you will pay 80-100% of the commission’s price here (deposit deducted)
• After received the money, I’ll start working on line-art & color sketch+ During this stage, you can ask for free AT MOST 3 major changes (may vary depending on the complexity, I will elaborate further when we discuss). If you have to make more than 3 changes, I will charge an additional fee
+ You will be provided 3-4 color sketches options (will be the same or close to the color we discussed
+ I need DETAILED BRIEF. I will charge an extra fee if there’s any new brief change after it has been approved, depending on what is being changed!
+ You may ask me any questions regarding your commission throughout the process.
+ Please do not change what has been approved after I move to the next step! I will charge extra for each of these. This may vary depending on what is being changed, minor details won’t cost any extra fees+ Resolution: PNG/JPG/JPEG, size over A3 - 300dpi+ Please bear in mind that my anatomy, character’s proportions, coloring, lighting... might be slightly different from the original references. Please consider and inform me if you want 100% accuracy

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

I (The artist):
+ I retain ALL COPYRIGHT over the commissioned artwork, even when either of us cancel the order
+ Except for the Commercial Commissions, I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, such as social media, promote myself, and in my portfolio. Posts on social media will mention the owner, either directly or by name
+ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork
+ I shall have my right to print out the commissioned artwork in small quantities with your permissionYou (The customer/commissioner)
+ You may use the commissioned artwork for your pfp, wallpaper, etc.
+ You may print out the commissioned artwork (maximum 10 copies/artwork) for personal use only.
+ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels WITH CREDIT.
+ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) if you own the contents in the piece.
+ DO NOT erase/blur my watermark
+ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. Please state your purpose in advance and prices may vary depending on this.
+ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for ANY Competition, NFT or Generative AI use

COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS ARE CONSIDERED AS

+ Trace
+ Use non-commercial commission for commercial purposes
+ Take credit for creating the art-work
+ Making changes to the art-work after finishing

PRICE LIST

ADD-ONS

+ Add character: +80% base price
+ Line only: ⅔ base price
+ Background: 40$ - 100$ (based on details). Plain backgrounds will be free
+ Detail: 5$ - 15$ (based on details)
+ I may not charge for small details
+ If you want to change the brief after payment is completed, depending on a modification, I will charge an additional fee
+ If you need your commission for commercial use, the base price will be x3 base price

PAYMENT & REFUND & CANCELLATION

Payment:
+ Payment is required via PayPal (Currency: USD)
+ For Paypal: The receipt will be sent to you via mail/messages. The customer will pay for the transaction fee (4.5%)Refund:
+ If you cancel your order before I start working on the sketch, you will only be refunded up to 60% of the deposit
+ If, in any case, I am unable to complete your commission, I will notify you and discuss a fair refund based on the progress of the artwork and other relevant detailsCancellation:
+ Please note that once you decide to commission me, you won’t be able to cancel once I start your commission.
+ If I’m unable to complete your commission on time due to my real-life work/school schedule,... I will either delay or offer a refund depending on the situation
+ 3-5 days are the maximum time for you to respond to my email/messages. After this time, I will have to cancel your commission with no refund
